Make sure you’re not missing some important foods that provide the essential nutrients for a radiant face and perfect pores!

Vitamin A. This vitamin is responsible for keeping your skin in tip-top shape. It promotes the production of skin-building compounds and helps maintain the overall “structure” of the skin. Good bye, saggy jowls and wrinkles. Get your A from things like pumpkin, carrots, sweet potatoes, spinach, kale, cantaloupe, chile peppers and asparagus. Since vitamin A is fat-soluble, it’s best to pair it with foods that have some healthy fat, like olive oil or avocado.
