Good 4 U Food ~ These Meal Plans R Helpful, Very!

As a Beachbody Coach, I have access to a really great tool that I’m kinda just now discovering.  I already know how awesome it is to replace one meal per day with Shakeology and to have access to a ton of workouts. (at a discount)… but this online tool, provided by Beachbody, is really interesting and very helpful!  I entered the answers to about 7 questions regarding my weight, age, height, etc –being very honest, because it’s private …shhhhh!  🙂    Even if I don’t follow the meals down to the last ingredient, this tool really gives me some great meal ideas and guidelines!  You can register for free and check out everything Team Beachbody has to offer by clicking here!

The best way to select a plan is with the Meal Plan Wizard. By asking a few simple questions, it’ll determine the kinds of food and daily calorie levels that are ideal for your fitness and weight loss goals, especially if you’re using a Beachbody workout program. (You’ll still be able to select a different plan if you want. And whichever plan you choose, you’ll be able to personalize it with your favorite foods.)
