Shakeology Pie!

Just saw this yummy looking recipe on The Healthy Housewives site.  Looks like a great way to have dessert without wrecking your diet!

  • “Purchase a whole wheat gluten free ready-made pie crust or you could make one. Bake 400 degrees 15 minutes.
  • In blender blend 12 ounces firm tofu , 2 scoops of chocolate vegan Shakeology , 1/4 cup of almond milk and water mixture , 1/2 cup all natural peanut butter.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into shell.
  • Top with sliced organic strawberries and refrigerate for one hour before serving!
  • ENJOY!”
